What to Remember
- When making a reservation, please enter the name of the hotel you wish to take the shuttle bus to.
- Shuttle bus will not run on August 15, 2024
- There is no bus service from April 26 to August 24.
- Temporary flights will operate from April 26 to May 31 and from August 1 to August 24.
- The shuttle bus does not run from January 1st to January 3rd.
- Children under 3 years old can enter for free.
- The time you specify when making a reservation is for the bus boarding time, not the observation deck admission ticket.
- For example, if you purchase at 18:00, you can board at 18:00 at each pickup location.
Cancellation and Refund
In case of cancellation on the designated date, 50% cancellation fee
In case of no-show, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
