* After exiting JR Kyoto Station Central Exit (1st floor), turn left and walk for about 1 minute.
* From JR Kyoto Station West Exit (2nd floor), turn right, walk straight along Nanbokuji Yutsu Road to the 1st floor, cross the Porta underground shopping mall entrance building and walk for about 2 minutes.
(Once you find the Kyoto Tower building, the ticket office is outside on the first floor, across from the Isetan Department Store and Kyoto Central Post Office).

• If you cannot present a mobile or printed voucher, you will not be able to issue a bus ticket.
• If you are unable to present your mobile ticket, please pay the full amount locally and purchase a new bus ticket.
• Adult rates apply to customers of middle school age and older.
• Children under elementary school age can participate for free, but bus seats and meals (if the course includes meals) are not provided.
• For free entry infants, meals are not included and you must purchase meals separately at the restaurant.
• Please exchange your mobile ticket for a bus ticket at the Okoshi Bus (Kyoto Regular Sightseeing Bus Stop) at least 20 minutes before bus departure.
• Please allow plenty of time for check-in.
• You cannot board with a mobile ticket; you must exchange it for a bus ticket.
• Please check the meeting place in advance and arrive at the meeting place 20 minutes before departure.
• If you are late for the departure time (the bus will depart on time), you will not be able to participate and no refund will be given.
• Please understand that you cannot participate in the tour or change your reservation during the tour.
• Course content may change depending on local circumstances.
• In cases where it is difficult to ensure safe operation due to local conditions, bad weather, etc., the local operating company may temporarily suspend operation or suspend the schedule at its discretion.
• In April and June, puppet shows are performed, and in March and May, dance shows are performed.
