• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Reservation confirmation vouchers will be sent individually via KakaoTalk.
• When making a reservation, please enter the passport information of all users (English name, passport number, gender, date of birth, passport expiration date).
• A 20% fee will be charged if you change the train number or time.
• If you have entered incorrect information, you can make corrections up until 2:00 PM on the 4th day of departure. Please contact the contact information on the voucher.
• Please note that after purchasing a one-way ticket from Travelao, you cannot purchase a return ticket directly.
• A 20% fee will be charged for changes, repurchases, or cancellations due to errors after ticket purchase. Seats may not be available when repurchasing.
• Tickets are purchased 3 days prior to departure in the order of application, and a QR code will be sent to you via KakaoTalk around 8 PM. If there are no seats available, you will be purchased with the second priority seat you entered in the option input field.
• If there are no seats available up to the second priority, we will provide you with a possible train number, and if you do not wish to take the ticket, a refund is possible.
• If you are unable to purchase a ticket for the train number you requested, no other compensation will be available.
• Laos trains do not allow seat reservation or selection. Seats are usually assigned in the order of purchase, but sometimes they may fall through. Seat-related requests and complaints are not possible.
• If the QR code cannot be used due to a system issue with the train company itself, we will not be able to assist you.
• Train tickets are non-transferable and you must present the QR code and physical passport when boarding.

• Children under 150cm tall are charged 50% of the adult rate.
• Infants under 120cm tall can ride for free, but will not be given a separate seat. We recommend purchasing a 50% discounted child fare.

• After purchasing a train ticket, your passport information will be destroyed, but your passport information registered in the train company system will remain for 6 months, and you cannot create an additional ID with the same passport information.
• Electronic cigarettes are subject to seizure and fines, and items such as MacGyver knives are subject to confiscation. However, there are no exact regulations and each staff member applies the regulations differently.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
