• Atlas Beach Club may rearrange beds if guests arrive 1 hour after their reservation time.
• To reserve the daybed of your choice, you can do so via WhatsApp +6281119082168 or cs@atlasbeachfest.com. (Available seats are limited and subject to availability)
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the beach club before 10 PM.
• Professional photography equipment is not permitted to enter without prior consultation with Atlas.
• If you spend more than the meal voucher amount, you can pay with cash or card on site.
• Children under 120cm in height can enter for free.
• Children are not permitted on the dance floor after 7 PM or on the beach club facilities after 9 PM.

• Tickets for all options are only valid on non-special event days.
• All tickets are not valid for Atlas Beach Fest.
• Dates of special events can be found here . Please make sure to check before entering.

• The festival's headliner will be announced in August 2024.
• This is an admission-only ticket.
• Headliners may change or withdraw from the event at any time. In this case, no refund is possible.
• Depending on some conditions and circumstances, audiences may not be able to enter some areas of the festival.
• Event organizers, planners and performers are not responsible for transportation and accommodation costs incurred by visitors if the event is canceled or moved to another day due to force majeure.
• Visitors who behave carelessly or refuse to comply with regulations/venue warnings may be asked to leave the venue immediately without refund of ticket cost.
• Visitors proven to be intoxicated, in possession of any illegal drugs, weapons and/or other prohibited items will not be permitted to enter the venue.
• We reserve the right to refuse food and drinks brought into the event from outside the event.
• All visitors are subject to security screening.
• The venue reserves the right to refuse or eject people from the event if the person violates the established rules. These rules are subject to change at any time, with or without notice.
• Venue and its affiliates reserve the right to record and take images of visitors at such events for television, webcast or other public viewing.

• Additional towels will incur an additional charge of IDR 35,000 per towel.
