Please use the elevator or stairs to enter the observation deck.

2F Kinnikuman Project Archive Corner:

At night, the 4th-floor Light Observatory transforms into a disco-themed observation deck with dazzling lights and mirror balls. On clear days, you can even see Kansai International Airport, the Tower of the Sun, and the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge.
