1. When picking up from the airport
After picking up your baggage at each airport, you will meet with your shuttle guide at the individually informed meeting location.

2. When picking up from accommodation
After meeting with the shuttle guide at the meeting location provided individually according to the location of your accommodation, you will be taken to the airport.

*Pick-up is possible from your desired location, such as your accommodation or airport.

*Please wait at least 10 minutes before the meeting time.

• Oahu, Maui, Big Island of Hawaii. Please inquire separately for pick-up and drop-off in areas other than Kauai Island.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.
• Reservation changes (schedule, number of people) can be made up to one week before the tour date.
• If a reservation is canceled due to a natural disaster, war, government order, strike, closure, delay, etc. of transportation agencies, the tour cost will not be refunded.

  Up to 4 people: 7 to 8-seater minivan, up to 4 pieces of standard baggage + personal bag
  Less than 10 people: 15-seat shared van, maximum 10 pieces of standard baggage + personal bag

- If you cancel your reservation after payment, a $20 cancellation fee will be charged.
- Reservation changes (schedule, number of people) can be made up to one week before the tour date.
- If a reservation is canceled due to a natural disaster, war, government order, strike, closure, delay, etc. of transportation agencies, the tour cost will not be refunded.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
