• All tour services of Naru Tour are private tours that do not mix with other groups.
• We already provide the best itinerary, but you can add or change any desired schedule to the tour schedule.
• Tour only with one group without joining other groups. (Maximum 6 people per vehicle)
• Tours departing with airport pickup have a maximum of 5 participants.
• For groups of 6 or more, additional vehicles will be assigned according to the number of people.
• The minimum number of people to depart is 1.
• Car seats are not provided separately, but individuals can prepare and use them.
• Children under 4 years old can participate in the tour while holding their child.
• For children aged 5 to 12, a booster car seat is available upon request.
• All vehicles must be new and less than 3 years old, and will be assigned among the Kia Carnival, Kia Telluride, and Toyota Sienna.
• We recommend that you leave your valuables at the hotel.
• Unless there is a weather warning, the tour will proceed, and we are not responsible for any injuries sustained due to your own negligence at the stopover.
• All tours depart from Waikiki by default. For other areas, please inquire separately.
• We will take photos with your mobile phone at every stopover and send you a link to share the photos and videos taken that day after the tour ends.
• Yummy Huli Uuli Chicken is available Monday through Saturday, and Koala Moa Special is available on Sundays.
• A morning malasada truck Hawaiian donut experience is offered in Naru during the tour.
• Lunch is available at Kahuku Food Truck Town, Kahuku Farm Cafe, or another location of your choice, at your own expense.

  The basic 9-hour schedule is followed by a $60/hour fee.

If you notify us by the day of your trip (2~the day): No cancellation/refund

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
