1. After reservation, send ticket ID (10 characters including English letters and numbers) as a PDF file by email.
2. After registering as a user on the official website, add a ticket ID.
3. QR code is issued after reservation of visit date and pavilion * Reservations can be made from 6 months prior to the visit date.

- Children under 3 years old can enter for free.
- This voucher does not allow direct entry. Be sure to register the issued voucher ticket number on the official website.
- After registering as a user on the Osaka Expo official website, ticket registration, visit date, and pavilion event reservation are required.

- You can change your visit date up to 3 times, but only within the admission period for each ticket.
- For the pavilion, availability for visitation is determined through a lottery, with the first lottery held 2 months prior to the visit date, the second lottery held 7 days prior, and the first-come-first-served reservation held 3 days prior, for a total of 3 rounds.
- For pavilion viewing reservations with a 1-day ticket (early bird discount) , you can apply for the lottery between September 25, 2024 and October 6, 2024, and you will be notified of your selection on October 12.
- Pavilion viewing reservations for a 1-day ticket (early bird discount) are limited to 4 visits.
- Please note that opening day pavilion viewing reservations are limited to three times.
- Special discount coupons can only be purchased by those holding a disability identification card, etc., and one accompanying person (guardian).
- Summer admission tickets are available from 11am onwards, and pavilion reservation drawings are held twice daily.
- Regular period admission tickets are available for entry from 11:00 AM onwards, and are not available for entry after October 4, 2025.
