What to Remember
- The class lasts approximately 4 hours.
- This is a class with a minimum of 2 people. Due to company circumstances, if there are less than 2 applicants on the day, it may not be possible to proceed.
- Due to group pickup, if the team in front of you is late, pickup may be delayed.
- We are not responsible for any problems arising from not providing the correct address when picking up the hotel.
- The menu may change due to cooking school circumstances.
- All menus can be changed to vegetarian menu.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.
Free pick-up and drop-off service is only available for hotels in Aonang Area and Krabi town.
Cancellation and Refund
A 100% cancellation fee is incurred from 1 day before the date of use until the day of use.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
