• People with diseases such as circulatory system, respiratory system, high blood pressure, otitis media, epilepsy, diabetes, etc., as well as those with hangovers, those who drank the same day, and pregnant women are not allowed to participate.
• Please understand that participation and refunds are not possible even if it is discovered on the day of the tour.
• This tour is conducted in English. If you are judged to be unsafe due to inability to communicate in English, please understand that you will not be able to participate in the tour and that refunds will not be provided.
• Please wear your swimsuit on the day of the tour and bring a bath towel and shoes that can get wet. After the tour, you can use the paid showers at the port.
• I recommend that you take motion sickness medication.
• Lunch is not included, so please bring your own. (Hot water for cup ramen is provided.)
• Parking in the port is available for 500 yen all day.
• Wearing a life jacket is mandatory during the tour.
• We do not anchor on islands.
• Even if you are over 60 years old, if you are healthy and have no physical problems, you can participate. However, if you have a chronic illness, please write it down when you register on the day. (Please understand that if you are judged to have a problem on the day, you will not be able to participate in the tour and a refund will not be given.)
• Minors require a guardian's signature on the consent form.
• Depending on bad weather or sea conditions, the three points may not be visited, may be changed, or may be stopped for safety reasons.
• There are no refunds if you do not visit all three locations or if the points change. However, if the tour is cancelled, a refund will be issued.
• Sea turtles are wild animals, so observation may not be possible. Thank you for your understanding.
• Please inquire on-site about GoPro rentals. Rentals may not be available depending on quantity.

• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be requested during business hours and then confirmed.
