BESTThe driver was so kind and nice. My destination was Southport Meriton, but I didn't know that the shuttle only went to Surfers Paradise... He asked me where I was going and dropped me off in front of my destination. I was so grateful. It was raining and I had a lot of luggage... It was the best.

If you are departing from Brisbane Domestic Airport
Go to the Con-x-ion information counter located just outside the bus pick-up area at the airport. They will assist you with boarding procedures.
If you are departing from Gold Coast
Please wait on the roadside at the meeting point near Surfers Paradise Transit Centre, Gold Coast at your pick up time.

The travel time is approximately 100 minutes, but may vary depending on traffic conditions. All options are one-way, and baggage is limited to 1 carry-on baggage and 1 cabin baggage. If you want to add more baggage, you can choose from the additional baggage options, so you can start your trip without worrying about your luggage!

What to Remember
- Please arrive at the location specified on your voucher at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to avoid any delays. We will not wait for latecomers.
- Please check your mobile phone connection so you can contact the driver.
- Please be sure to refer to the meeting point and time listed on your voucher.
- If your flight is delayed, please call +61 7 5556 9888 and 1300 901 587 to find out the next available transfer service (until 11pm).
- If you miss the last bus, you will not be able to board, and in the case of a serious flight delay, passengers will be entitled to a refund for the shuttle service they missed. (This is only available in the case of a serious flight delay, and refunds will be made at the discretion of the operator.)
- If you miss your vehicle transfer service due to personal reasons, no rescheduling or refund requests will be accepted.
- Please note that this product is a shared transfer service, so the pick-up and drop-off times may vary depending on the participant's flight, and requests for specific pick-up times cannot be made.
- Infants under 1 year old can ride for free when sitting on a guardian's lap. Infant seats are not provided.
- If you wish to travel round-trip with a one-way transfer service, please make two separate reservations.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.
Cancellation and Refund
100% cancellation fee from 2 days before use to the day of use
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be requested during business hours and then confirmed.
