Public bath entrance ticket for one person
This is a ticket that can be used on both weekdays and weekends, and it is a public bathhouse separated by gender, where you can enjoy the hot springs without wearing a swimsuit. The hot spring water of the public bathhouse is white sulfur spring, which is effective for skin beauty, elasticity, and fatigue recovery.
Private bath 2 hour/3 hour admission ticket
This is a recommended ticket for those who want to enjoy a private hot spring instead of a public bath. The rooms are assigned in order of on-site assignment, but there are hot spring baths of similar size, making it the best option for a comfortable rest.

What to Remember
- Children under 12 years of age and under 120cm in height are not permitted to enter.
- For safety reasons, seniors aged 70 and over are not permitted to enter.
- We recommend that you make a reservation in advance by calling Sanyu Onsen at (02) 2891 - 3388 to use the voucher. There may be a wait on site.
- You can use it on-site by entering the affiliated store confirmation number listed on the voucher.
- Please observe bathing etiquette on site.
- Salad bar hours are Tuesday - Sunday, 1:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
- You cannot specify the room type, and rooms are available sequentially based on on-site assignment.
- Additional person fee information: Children under 120cm tall can enter for free up to 1 person. An additional fee of NT$300 will be charged for the second child and an additional fee of NT$400 (including amenities) will be charged for children over 120cm tall.
- Additional charges will apply from September 16 to 17, 2024 due to Chuseok.
Cancellation and Refund
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
