- All tour services of Naru Tour are private tours that do not mix with other groups.
- We already provide the best itinerary, but you can add or change any desired schedule to the tour schedule.
- Tour only with one group without joining other groups. (Maximum 6 people per vehicle)
- Tours departing with airport pickup have a maximum of 5 participants.
- All vehicles must be new and less than 3 years old, and will be assigned among the Kia Carnival, Kia Telluride, and Toyota Sienna.
- We recommend that you leave your valuables at the hotel.
- Unless there is a weather warning, the tour will proceed, and we are not responsible for any injuries sustained due to your own negligence at the stopover.
- All tours depart from Waikiki by default. For other areas, please inquire separately.
- Round trip transportation service
Round-trip transportation costs $169 and includes check-in service.
Other areas are charged separately based on distance. For groups of 6 or more, additional vehicles will be assigned according to the number of people. - We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.

Cancellation and Refund
If you notify us by the day of your trip (2~same day): No cancellation/refund
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
