• Please indicate the time for each marine sport included in your desired package in your request.
• All tour services of Naru Tour are private tours that do not mix with other groups.
• We already provide the best itinerary, but you can add or change any desired schedule to the tour schedule.
• Tour only with one group without joining other groups. (Maximum 6 people per vehicle)
• Tours departing with airport pickup have a maximum of 5 participants.
• For groups of 6 or more, additional vehicles will be assigned according to the number of people.
• The minimum number of people to depart is 1.
• Car seats are not provided separately, but individuals can prepare and use them.
• Children under 4 years old can participate in the tour while holding their child.
• For children aged 5 to 12, a booster car seat is available upon request.
• All vehicles must be new and less than 3 years old, and will be assigned among the Kia Carnival, Kia Telluride, and Toyota Sienna.
• We recommend that you leave your valuables at the hotel.
• Unless there is a weather warning, the tour will proceed, and we are not responsible for any injuries sustained due to your own negligence at the stopover.
• All tours depart from Waikiki by default. For other areas, please inquire separately.
• Round trip transportation service
  Round-trip transportation costs $120 and includes check-in service.
  Other areas are priced separately based on distance.
• When requesting transportation service, please indicate the hotel you are staying at.
• Please write down your desired activity in the request section when making your reservation.
• Parasailing
  - 45 to 60 minutes of sailing by boat and about 6 minutes of flying.
  - Up to 6 people can board the boat at one time.
  - Anyone aged 5 or older can participate, and the minimum weight must be at least 23kg.
  - Safety equipment is provided and must be worn.
  - Two people can ride at a time and the line is 183m long.
  - Minimum weight to participate is 23kg and maximum weight is 204kg under normal wind conditions.
  - If you are not participating in the activity but are accompanying the boat to observe, the fee is $50 per person.
• Jet ski
  - Base 183 meters (add $15 for upgrade to 244 meters)
  - Boarding time is 30 minutes.
  - Basic 2-person ride, solo jet ski adds $53.
  - Life jackets and goggles are provided.
  - Drinking alcohol, drugs, smoking marijuana and vaping are prohibited.
  - Children aged 5 years or older may ride, but must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 years or older).
  - Two minors cannot ride together.
• bumper tube
  - Boarding time is 15 minutes.
  - All safety equipment is provided and goggles are available for rental.
  - Available for ages 5 and up, bumper tube rides can accommodate up to 3 people (may vary depending on total weight).
  - Those who wish to attend can do so for $50.
• This activity is available on weekends only.
• Pregnant women cannot participate.
• Hands-free cameras are allowed, but cameras such as selfie sticks are not permitted.
• We recommend wearing a swimsuit and bringing a towel and water.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• The tour itinerary may change depending on local circumstances.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be accepted or refunds may be issued.

If you notify us by the day of your trip (2~the day): No cancellation/refund

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
