Cancellation and Refund
If you notify 20 days before the start of the trip: Refund after deducting 10% of the guide fee from the tour fee
If you notify 6 days before the start of the trip: Refund after deducting 15% of the guide fee
If you notify 1 day before the start of the trip: Refund after deducting 20% of the guide fee
If you notify within 24 hours of the start of the trip: Refund after deducting 50% of the guide fee from the tour fee
• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If you cancel outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
