• If you receive a 90-minute massage service for 2 or more people, we provide free pick-up and drop-off. (Check the meeting point text)
• The shuttle bus between Rugari Beauty & Spa and Capsule Hotel Cebu operates six times a day.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Please be sure to adhere to the designated time. If you are late or a no-show, you will not be able to use the tour and no refund will be given.
• Please note that you are responsible for any safety accidents or loss of valuables caused by your own negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.

• 90% refund if cancelled 7 days prior to the date of use.
• 50% refund if cancelled ~ 4 days prior to the date of use.
• Full refund is not possible if cancelled ~ on the day of use.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday ~ Friday 10:00 ~ 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
