• This is a private tour for those aged 10 or older with a minimum of 2 people.
• Airport, resort, and hotel pickup are all available.
• Please bring personal items such as sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat.
• Breakfast is not provided and can be purchased at base camp.
• For clothing, we recommend wearing a swimsuit underneath and clothes that can get wet on the outside.
• Photographs are provided with one GoPro per team and a Micro SD card is required. Compensation cannot be made for loss of photos due to camera or SD card defects. (SD cards can be purchased for 500 pesos upon prior request.)
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Please be sure to adhere to the designated time. If you are late or a no-show, you will not be able to use the tour and no refund will be given.
• Please note that you are responsible for any safety accidents or loss of valuables caused by your own negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.

• Full refund is possible if cancellation is made one week prior to the date of use.
• 50% refund is possible if cancellation is made 4 days prior to the date of use.
• No refund is possible if cancellation is made 3 days prior to the date of use.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
