What to Remember

- Golf course: 5-seater vehicle (maximum 1-2 people / 2 golf bags), 7-seater vehicle (maximum 4 people / 4 golf bags) - Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- Please be sure to arrive on time. If you are late or a no-show, you will not be able to use the tour and no refund will be given.

Cancellation and Refund
• Full refund is not possible if cancellation is made after 6 PM 3 days prior to the date of use.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
