The meeting will be held at Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 1/2 or in Kuala Lumpur City.

Please provide a local contact number and messenger ID as coordination will be done upon confirmation of reservation.

• [For airport pick-up] We provide a waiting time of 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time. (We understand that in the event of a flight delay, there may be circumstances beyond our control. Therefore, we provide a waiting time of up to 60 minutes from the original scheduled pick-up time.)
• Domestic flights: If you have checked baggage, we recommend setting the pick-up time to 30 to 40 minutes after the flight lands. If you only have carry-on baggage, we recommend setting the pick-up time to around 20 minutes after landing.
• International: For passengers arriving on international flights, we recommend setting a pick-up time approximately 60 to 90 minutes after landing (for customs clearance and other procedures).
• After landing, please call your assigned driver to inform him/her of your arrival.
• We will send you an SMS 1-2 days before departure with the driver's information and a link to check your current location. Please refer to the SMS for the latest information.
• [When using downtown pickup] We provide a waiting time of 15 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time.

• [Meet & Greet Service] The driver will park the vehicle and wait in the arrival hall holding a picket sign. If the service is not used, the driver will wait outside the airport.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
