Cancellation and Refund
2 days before the travel date (after 10:00 AM Korean time): No refund
No refund for arrivals after the bus departure time
• Cancellation/refund requests are only accepted during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations accepted outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
