How to deliver mobile tickets:

• Since the game sells out quickly, prices may fluctuate and the game may sell out. In this case, we will notify you via messenger, so please understand.
• If you reserve a match on your desired date, the Wag Customer Center will notify you of the reservation confirmation within 24 hours.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.
• Due to time differences between countries, if you make a reservation for a date close to your arrival in the United States, your ticket may not be delivered.

How to use mobile tickets:

• The QR code on the voucher is not an official admission ticket. Please check the ticket that will be sent to you via email separately from your reservation confirmation.
• Please check your inbox as official admission tickets will be sent to you via email before the game.
• You can enter through the gate specified on the voucher (sent separately from the reservation confirmation).
• The voucher is valid only on the specified date.
• If there is a difference between the product information and the voucher information, please be sure to use it according to the information on the voucher.
