How to receive tickets
After completing the reservation, please go to the official Changlong online reservation page below, enter the ticket collection code, and proceed with the online reservation.

Changlong Reservation Page
Once your reservation is complete, a QR code will be generated, which you can use to collect your tickets.
You can enter the park by presenting the QR code on the day of your trip.

• Please bring a valid original ID card according to the information you provided when making your reservation (Hong Kong and Macau tourists use the return permit / Taiwanese tourists use the Taiwan compatriot certificate / overseas tourists use their passport).
• If you do not have your ID, you will not be allowed to enter the park and must purchase a new ticket at retail price on site. Originally purchased tickets cannot be refunded or changed.
• Seats are not assigned and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The 'Zhuhai Changlong Show' at the Changlong Theater operates on a one-person, one-ticket system, and everyone who enters to watch the circus must purchase a ticket.
• You can pick up your ticket at the box office and enter the venue by presenting your ticket and ID at the entrance.
• Chinese tourists can enter the park directly with their ID cards without having to exchange tickets.
• Ticket prices may vary and may require a supplement, which is subject to final confirmation by the supplier.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Please be sure to arrive on time. If you are late or a no-show, you will not be able to use the facility and no refunds will be given.
