Minam Cruise Floor Guide
The Minam Cruise consists of four floors. In the community zone on the first floor, there is a Minam Cruise 'stamp book' where you can get discounts at various affiliated stores if you stamp it. There is a restaurant on the second floor where you can enjoy a delicious meal in a comfortable and spacious space. The second floor is also where great saxophone performances take place. The third floor is an indoor observation deck where you can view the famous sights of Yeosu through the large glass windows. There is also a convenience store and cafe on the third floor where you can enjoy a cup of coffee with dessert.
The much-anticipated 4th floor is an open-air rooftop with a wide open view, where you can enjoy the tour while feeling the cool breeze of Yeosu in an open space. What to Remember
- Ticketing is required upon arrival 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to departure time.
- Departure location [3617-22, Dolsan-ro, Dolsan-eup, Minam Cruise Pier] - If you arrive at a location other than the above address and are unable to board, a refund is difficult.
- Boarding Procedure: At the Minam Cruise site, please fill out the *boarding report* and present the boarding report and reservation details at the ticket booth.
- All passengers must submit a boarding declaration form (name, date of birth, gender) and adults must bring their ID. (Minors can use their guardian's ID instead if accompanied by a guardian.)
- If you do not have your ID, you can use a photo of your ID on your mobile phone or a copy of your resident registration issued by a civil service issuance machine.
- Flights will operate as normal even in rainy weather. However, if the flight is cancelled due to bad weather, a 100% refund will be provided.
- If the minimum number of participants (30 people) is not met or the weather is bad, the trip may be cancelled.
- Free parking is available for 300 cars.
- Outside food is not allowed on the cruise.
- After making a payment through online reservation, you cannot request a refund on-site to receive a discount.
- Pets are allowed on board (when using a cage)
- Upon boarding, no separate seats are assigned.
- Customers must check directly with the pier on the day of boarding to determine whether departure is possible.
- Even in rainy weather, normal departures will be made. (Cancellation requests due to rain are subject to the refund policy.)
- If you arrive after the departure time, it will be considered a same-day cancellation. (Tickets cancelled on the same day are non-refundable.)
