• When making a reservation, please select the language of your tour guide (English/Chinese) in the 'Requests' section.
• All activities at Sri Yuthaya Lion Park must be accompanied by an adult.
• Children under 1 year old: Free admission and all activities in Sri Yutthaya Lion Park are free, but must pay tour fee and insurance fee, which are included in the headcount.
• Adult criteria are 141cm or taller or 8 years of age or older.
• Children aged 1-8 years old can choose the child price of Sri Yuthaya Lion Park tickets. All additional activities entrance fees must be paid at the same rate as adults.
• Please see the animal show schedule.
• Additional activities such as taking photos with animals, riding elephants, and riding tuk-tuks can be purchased on site on the day.
• Photo shoot with giraffe (1,100 THB per person) and walking with tiger (900 THB per person) activities must be booked at least 5-7 days before the tour date.
• Even after payment is completed, it may be cancelled due to reasons such as the number of participants, reservation status, etc. The reservation is not confirmed until you receive a reservation confirmation voucher.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• Tour changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• Reservations must be made at least 1 day in advance by 12:00 PM.
• If the minimum number of 6 people is not met, we will reserve an alternative date 2 days in advance or give you a full refund.
• On the payment page, select the language of the travel guide (English/Chinese) in 'Messenger'.
• When booking for children under 135cm (0-6 years old), 1 child seat (safety seat) is provided free of charge per person, and the number is limited. Additional seats are charged at 200THB per seat per day. Please indicate how many seats you need on the payment page and we will let you know.
• Please dress appropriately for the weather.
• There is no luggage storage space in the minivan, so you cannot bring luggage on the tour.
• When visiting the temple, please observe the proper dress code. Bring clothing that covers your shoulders and knees (e.g. long pants, T-shirts, etc.).

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
