• When checking in on the day of the tour, please pay the Tokashikison Environmental Cooperation Tax of ￥100 (for high school students and above) on-site.
• Whales are wild animals and there is no guarantee that you will see them. If you do not see them on the same day, there will be no refund or re-boarding.
• If the minimum number of participants (10 adults or more) is not met, the tour may be cancelled the day before.
• Due to bad weather or sea conditions, landing on Tokashiki Island may not be possible or the landing point may be changed for safety reasons.
• People with circulatory system, respiratory disease, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnant women, epilepsy, diabetes, hangovers, or those who have consumed alcohol on the day cannot participate. In addition, there are cases where you cannot participate depending on your health condition on the day.
• If only minors are participating in the tour, a consent form signed by a guardian is required.
• The venue may be changed or the tour may be cancelled due to bad weather or sea conditions.
• Please make sure to read the reservation notes carefully before making a reservation.
• If you are arriving by rental car, search for 'Naha Beachside Hotel' on your navigation system and follow the road to reach the entrance to Miegusuku Port.
• Please pass the parking lot entrance and come to the white triangular roofed assembly point on the right. (Parking fee: 500 yen per car for the whole day)
• Depending on the whale observation situation, the time may vary. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
• The waves in the Okinawa winter sea, where whales come to visit, are higher than in the summer. Please understand in advance that infants or the elderly may be denied boarding depending on the sea conditions.
• Pregnant women are not permitted to participate due to safety concerns as the vibration of the ship's engine may have a negative effect. We ask for your understanding in advance.
• Please prepare for cold weather and water resistance.
• If you suffer from seasickness, we recommend taking motion sickness medication.
• For your safety, please do not remove your life jacket during the tour.

• You may get wet upon landing, so please wear shoes that can get wet and bring a towel.

• For safety reasons, those under 12 years of age or over 60 years of age are not permitted to participate.
• If you do not follow the instructor's instructions or have communication problems and are judged to be dangerous, you may be denied participation on the day.
• Due to air pressure, diving is not permitted on the day of your flight.
• If sea conditions worsen, the experience diving point may change.
• There are showers and changing rooms on the beach, but please note that the number of lockers is limited.
• If you choose the Experience Diving Plan, please include the age, gender, height, weight, and foot size of all tour participants in the request section.

20% from 10 days to 8 days before the tour date
30% from 7 days to 2 days before the tour date
50% cancellation fee applies 1 day before the tour date, and 100% cancellation fee applies on the day of the tour.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be requested during business hours and then confirmed.
