• This tour can be booked for a minimum of 2 people.
• For safety reasons, reservations cannot be made for children under 4 years of age or over 60 years of age.
• This tour does not go to the Blue Cave, but takes place in the surrounding sea.
• Pregnant women and those who have been drinking are not allowed to participate. Also, those with circulatory or respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disease, etc. are not allowed to participate. Please note that even if it is discovered on the day, participation and refunds are not possible.
• Depending on the sea conditions, the point or tour content may be changed or canceled. Please be aware of this before making a reservation.
• Wetsuits, life jackets, and flippers are required (there is no additional charge for these).
• Drinks are not included in the tour during the BBQ. If you wish to have them, please inquire on-site and pay in cash.
• When making a reservation, please be sure to include the English name, age, and gender of all participants.
• Before coming, please wear your swimsuit inside, and bring shoes that can get wet and a change of clothes. You can shower at the shop after the tour.
• If a minor participates alone, a consent form signed by a guardian is required, and children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Please make sure to read the contents carefully when making a reservation.

20% from 10 days to 8 days before the tour date
30% from 7 days to 2 days before the tour date
50% cancellation fee applies 1 day before the tour date, and 100% cancellation fee applies on the day of the tour.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be requested during business hours and then confirmed.
