Please arrive at the meeting point on time to avoid being late for your tour.

• The tour may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants (2 people) is not reached.
• Experience diving cannot be booked for one person.
• For safety reasons, reservations cannot be made by those under 5 years of age (under 9 years for introductory diving) or over 60 years of age.
• The snorkeling & experience diving plan involves entering the Blue Cave during snorkeling, but during the experience diving, you will not go to the Blue Cave but instead go to a separate point.
• The entrance to the Blue Cave is narrow, and you may not be able to enter the cave due to wind direction, wind speed, etc. In this case, move to a nearby point and snorkel/dive. Please understand that refunds due to point changes are not possible.
• Pregnant women and those who have been drinking are not allowed to participate. Also, those with circulatory or respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disease, etc. are not allowed to participate. Please note that if it is discovered on the day, participation and refunds are not possible.
• Depending on the sea conditions, points may change or tour content may be changed/cancelled. Please be aware of this before making a reservation.
• Wetsuits, life jackets, and flippers are required (there is no additional charge for these).
• Before coming, please wear your swimsuit inside and bring shoes that can get wet and a change of clothes. You can shower at the shop after the tour.
• If only minors are participating, a consent form signed by a guardian is required, and children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
• There is no separate pick-up/drop-off. Please gather before the tour time.
• Please make sure to read the contents carefully when applying.
• Snorkeling and set plans do not include photography (only included in experience diving)

20% from 10 days to 8 days before the tour date
30% from 7 days to 2 days before the tour date
50% cancellation fee applies 1 day before the tour date, and 100% cancellation fee applies on the day of the tour.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be requested during business hours and then confirmed.
