- Neither we nor our student guides are responsible for any accidents that occur due to leaving the tour.
- Customers are responsible for managing their personal belongings and valuables, and neither the company nor the guide is responsible for any loss.
- Participation and refunds are not possible if you join midway or are late.
- Pets other than guide dogs are not allowed.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.

After 24 hours of purchase - 5 days before use: 10% cancellation fee
4 - 3 days before use: 20% cancellation fee
2 - 1 days before use: 30% cancellation fee
On the day of use and no-show: No refund
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday - Friday 10:00 - 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
