When you exit the airport gate, you will see a sign with your name on it, so you can board a safe and clean vehicle without having to move alone. Our experienced drivers will choose the best route for your comfort, and they are available 24 hours a day and can respond flexibly to flight conditions. We also provide customized options such as infant and child car seat rental and special luggage service, and you can communicate without language problems with automatic translation real-time messages, making it even more convenient. If you want a more efficient and comfortable trip than public transportation or taxis, this is a good choice.

What's Not Included
- Additional charges for stops during transit (payable locally)
TWD200 per additional stop / Maximum stop time per stop is 5 minutes - Airport pickup free waiting time: If waiting time exceeds 90 minutes, additional waiting fee TWD300 per 30 minutes (to be paid locally)
- If the allowable baggage quantity for each vehicle is exceeded, an additional fee of TWD500 will be charged (to be paid on site).
- TWD300 per car seat (payable locally)
: A total of 3 types by age, a maximum of 1 for 5-seater vans, and a maximum of 2 for 9-seater vans only
0-1 years old rear-facing car seat / 1-4 years old forward-facing car seat / 4 years old and above booster car seat
If you are accompanied by a child under the age of 4, you must rent a car seat according to local Taiwanese traffic laws. If you do not specify whether you need a car seat when making a reservation, you will not be able to rent a car seat or ride, and cancellations will not be possible. Thank you for your understanding.
How To Use
- We will send you vehicle information, driver contact information, and URL information via email by 8:00 PM (Taiwan time) the day before the ride.
- You can use it after presenting the mobile voucher to the driver.
- Valid only on the specified date and time

Taipei Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) Terminal 1 or 2, No. 23 Meeting Point (depending on the flight)
With picket service included, you will see a picket with your name on it right away as you exit the airport gate.
Once you exit the airport, you will see a sign with the number 23. The time you can stop at this location is limited to 3 minutes, so if you do not see the driver, please send him a message. He will take you to the location immediately.

- Cancellation/refund not possible if notified on the day of use (2~same day)
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday~Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be requested during business hours and then confirmed.
