Unforgettable historical sites
The tour begins with a visit to the underground tunnels built during World War II. These were originally used as shelters and air raid shelters during the war, and later played a role in protecting the lives of citizens during the Croatian Homeland War in the 1990s. Afterwards, you will move to the basement that was actually used as an air raid shelter, and experience what the war for Croatian independence was like and how citizens lived in the midst of the fear and tension of that time. In addition, you can watch multimedia presentations, records and vivid materials from the war, and directly see the process by which Croatia became an independent nation. It will be a special time to experience a page of history firsthand.
