The tour begins with a meeting at Kokura Station and first takes you to the Tanga Market. After viewing the Tanga Market filled with fresh seafood, you will then head to a restaurant called Heishiro, where you will learn step-by-step how to prepare shari (rice), cut fish, and complete sushi with an experienced chef.
