BESTWe arrived at the meeting place in the morning and the guide said we had to pay an additional fee, so we paid 4,500 tenge per person. There were two of us and we didn't have change, so we had to pay 10,000 tenge. He said he would return the 1,000 tenge in change later, but we never got it back. The guide didn't say anything about paying an additional fee, but if they had included it, we would have prepared for it in advance. Also, at Kaindy Lake, you have to pay 8,000 tenge per person to ride a horse from the parking lot to Kaindy Lake. So the two of us paid 20,000 tenge to the horse owner, and he only gave us 3,000 tenge because he said he didn't have enough change. And we never got the 1,000 tenge back. And the tour schedule is to go to Charn Canyon first, Kolsay Lake second, and Kaindy Lake first. The guide can adjust the schedule, but when we arrived at Charn Canyon as the last course, it rained a lot and the wind was blowing hard, so most people stayed in their cars or had to quickly look around and return to their cars. If the weather forecast that day was predicting rain and other variables, I wish we had gone to Charn Canyon first as originally planned. I think the key to this tour is Charn Canyon. And it said we would move by large bus, but when we actually got there, it was a minivan. The seats were narrow and it was uncomfortable to ride. In particular, your head will shake a lot, so be careful because you may get motion sickness.
