- Refunds are available only within 7 days from the purchase date.
(However, refunds for the following month may be difficult to process, and refunds are not possible if the product has been used or already registered on the device.)
- Due to the nature of products used locally overseas, refund requests due to reasons such as connection failure, unavailability, or eSIM malfunction may be due to issues with the device being used, unfamiliarity with settings, or temporary communication disruptions, rather than product issues. Therefore, refunds will only be processed upon approval after consultation with customer service (phone, email, etc.) using local Wi-Fi or similar.
- Refunds may not be processed for requests made after returning home without prior confirmation.
- eSIM products can only be registered and used on the device they were initially registered on.
- Once registered, re-registration on another device is not possible.

• Cancellation/refund requests are only accepted during business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If a cancellation is requested outside of business hours, it will be processed as a request received on the next business day (based on business hours).
• For cancellations and refunds, you must request them during business hours and receive confirmation of cancellation.
