- Refunds are only available within 7 days of the purchase date.

• Cancellation/refund requests must be received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), and cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed as received on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellations and refund requests must be requested within business hours and cancellation confirmation must be received.
