- Refunds are available within 7 days from the purchase date.
(However, refunds for the following month may be difficult to process, and refunds are not possible if the product has been used or already registered on the device.)
- Due to the nature of products used locally overseas, requests for refunds due to reasons such as connection failure, unavailability, or eSIM defects may be due to issues with the device in use, unfamiliarity with settings, or temporary communication failures, rather than product issues. Therefore, refunds will only be processed after consultation with customer service (phone, email, etc.) using local Wi-Fi, etc., and upon approval.
- Refunds may not be possible for requests made after returning home without prior confirmation.
- eSIM products can only be registered and used on the device they were first registered on.
- Once registered, re-registration on another device is not possible.

• Cancellation/refund requests are only accepted during business hours (Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Requests made outside of business hours will be processed as if they were submitted on the next business day (based on business hours).
• You must receive cancellation confirmation after requesting cancellation and refund within business hours.
