- Pick-up/drop-off service is only available for morning tours . If you wish to use this service, please provide the correct hotel name when making your reservation.
- The pickup time will be coordinated the evening before and notified via email or WhatsApp.
- For those in the city center, pick-up is usually between 7:50 AM and 8:10 AM. If you are outside the city center, please come to the ferry terminal.
- The exact meeting point and time for pickup will be provided at the time of reservation.
- Please note that you may need to wait until 5:00 PM, when the afternoon tour ends, for sanding time.
