[How to get there]
Ticket booth location
Get off at Exit 3 of Yeouinaru Station on Subway Line 5 → Go down toward Han River Park → There is a ticket booth on the stairs in front of the pier.

When using a car
Enter Yeouido Han River Park Parking Lot 1 and go straight → Park in the cruise-only area (free parking available)
However, the surrounding roads and parking lots are very congested on weekends and during the April Spring Flower Festival, so we recommend using public transportation if possible.

Full refunds are available up to 4:00 PM (KST) three days prior to the tour date. After this time, the tour will be processed as used by the system and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Partial cancellations or refunds are not possible after use.
If cancellation occurs due to inclement weather, the cruise fare will be refunded.
