- Scan the QR code in the voucher sent to your email
- Register eSIM according to the registration method for your device's operating system.
- Available for use within 90 days from the date of purchase, regardless of the date specified on the calendar.

Cancellation and Refund
- Refunds are only available within 7 days of purchase.
(However, refunds for the following month may not be processed, and refunds are not available for products already used or registered on a device.)
- Due to the nature of products used overseas, refund requests due to activation problems, unavailability, or eSIM malfunctions may be due to issues with the device in use, insufficient settings, or temporary communication failures, rather than product issues. Therefore, refunds will only be processed after consultation with the customer service center (phone, email, etc.) using local Wi-Fi, and approval will be required.
- Refund requests made after returning to Korea without prior confirmation may not be processed.
- eSIM products can only be registered and used on the device on which they were originally registered.
