Cancellation and Refund

- Refunds are available only within 7 days of purchase.
(However, refunds for the following month may not be processed, and refunds are not possible for products that have been used or already registered on the device.)
- Due to the nature of products used overseas, refund requests due to activation failure, unavailability, or eSIM defects may be due to issues with the user's device, setup errors, or temporary communication issues, rather than product defects. Therefore, consultation must be conducted through the customer center (phone, email, etc.) using local Wi-Fi, and refunds will only be processed upon approval.
- Refunds may not be possible for requests made after returning to the country without prior confirmation.
