Cancellations and refunds are possible up to 7 days before the tour date.
Changes to the date or pick-up location can be made up to 2 days before the tour date.
No-shows will be considered if you are more than 10 minutes late for a join-in tour or 30 minutes late for a private tour (no refunds for no-shows).
As vehicle arrangements and schedules are confirmed the day before, itinerary adjustments on the day of the tour are not possible in case of no-shows or delays.
If the tour is canceled due to bad weather or flight cancellations on the day of the tour, you can reschedule for free or receive a full refund.
If part of the tour is canceled due to sudden bad weather during the tour, the entrance fees and costs for the affected activities will be refunded, but rescheduling is not possible.

The total tour cost includes all expenses such as vehicle usage, meals, pick-up/drop-off services, and facility usage fees. Therefore, partial refunds will be calculated excluding the costs of the included items.
