When you come out of Kalibo Airport, please meet with a staff member holding a picket with the name of the person making the reservation .
Note: What if we haven't met? Please visit MANO COFFEE in front of the airport and ask for a 4U staff member. (Alternatively, please contact us via KakaoTalk indicated on the voucher.)

When you leave the airport, a local Filipino employee of the pick-up and drop-off company will be waiting holding a WAUG picket.
Here, you can present your voucher to the local staff and board the vehicle. (Check your name with the staff)

Drop-off time may vary depending on the distance from the hotel or resort. Please be sure to check the information provided during pickup.

• When picking up, please carefully check the information provided by the pick-up and sending company. All the details are there.
• Customers using this product cannot reserve a pocket Wi-Fi product for local pick-up.

Pick-up and sending information

• Drop-off time refers to the departure time from the hotel.
• Before departing for Boracay from the airport, be sure to receive information about the drop-off time. (We will also hand out a guide, so please check it carefully.)
• Before the staff drops you off at the hotel, please pack your bags in advance and wait until you have checked out.
• Due to local circumstances in Boracay, road conditions are very poor. There are also insufficient vehicles and tricycles for the number of tourists, so travel may be delayed.
• Bags such as suitcases are managed by company employees, but please take care of your own luggage when boarding and disembarking.
• It takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from the airport to the port. Please use the restroom in advance.
• If the car is cold due to the air conditioner or you have any other inconveniences while traveling, please let the driver know.
