His unparalleled design sense and artistic philosophy have now extended into architecture, revealing his new private villas. Opened in July 2025 in Melides, Portugal, 'La Salvada' and 'La Maison des Bateaux' were inspired by the work of the great Mexican modernist, Luis Barragán.


'LA SALVADA': THE ROMANCE OF MOROCCO

With its striking rosy exterior, 'La Salvada' is a two-bedroom villa imbued with the romantic atmosphere of Morocco. It features a private swimming pool where guests can enjoy a swim with unobstructed sea views, offering a perfect space for those dreaming of a luxurious getaway. Accommodating up to four guests and starting from €2,200 per night, this villa allows you to experience Louboutin's unique touch.


'LA MAISON DES BATEAUX': WHERE TRADITION MEETS MODERNITY

The other villa, 'La Maison des Bateaux,' is a reinterpretation and restoration of a traditional house from Portugal's Alentejo coastal region, infused with Louboutin's style. Its most distinctive features are the unique textile decorations bearing Louboutin's signature and the design incorporating traditional Portuguese crafts. It can accommodate up to six guests and is available from €1,700 per night.
