04. Spence Cafe & Kitchen
Currently the trendiest and most Instagrammable restaurant in Cebu, Spence Cafe & Kitchen is a must-try. The chic, white-toned interior is simply gorgeous, and they serve up delicious brunch-style food and cafe drinks. While their pancakes are fantastic, their salmon quinoa and beef basil rice are also highly popular. With a wide selection of salads also available, there's something for everyone. Some people love it so much that they end up going three days in a row during their Cebu trip. It's that good! You've been warned!
