I had high expectations for this place, which has held a Michelin three-star rating for over a decade, and it was truly a wonderful dining experience. The small garden visible from the window and the tea ceremony-inspired interior were truly breathtaking. The food, while not fancy, seemed to bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients to the max. The prices were a bit high, but it was worth it, as it was a wonderful family meal for my parents&#39; 60th birthday. I highly recommend it!

Currently, he is the owner and head chef of Kashiwaya, providing guests with the finest Kaiseki cuisine.
