In addition to my previous impression of Thailand (the sea...), I was able to feel another Thailand. My parents like it too. However, because it is a highland, you cannot see the scenery during the rainy season and there are many inconveniences. It would be better to recommend a tour only during the dry season.

Doi Suthep Temple is situated on a high mountain, about a 40-minute to 1-hour drive from Chiang Mai city. Visit Wat Phra That Doi Suthep on Doi Suthep mountain and experience a breathtaking, unobstructed view of Chiang Mai city from the summit viewpoint.
Then, just a short drive further up from Wat Phra That Temple, you can explore Doi Pui Village (Hmong hill tribe village) located at the mountain's peak. This tour allows you to explore both locations efficiently within a half-day.
