How does it work?

Upon exiting Kalibo Airport, our staff will be waiting across from the airport exit. You'll be given a sticker to attach to your bag, shoulder, or chest. Please keep this sticker on until you arrive at your hotel to ensure a smooth and hassle-free journey! We'll guide you through the process. After meeting with our staff at the airport and confirming your name on the picket sign, you'll head to Caticlan Jetty Port. To enter Boracay, board a boat and arrive at Cagban Port. Upon arrival, our staff will escort you to your hotel by tricycle. For drop-offs, the process will be reversed. Upon your return, please wait comfortably at your hotel lobby, where you will check out on the same day, according to your drop-off time.

Due to the remodeling of the Kalibo International Airport terminal, boarding and waiting for passengers is difficult, and the waiting area is narrow, causing inconvenience to many guests. Therefore, we have partnered with Masita, the only Korean restaurant in Kalibo, to open a lounge.

Guests can enjoy a refreshing beverage while waiting at the Ace Boracay Pickup & Sending Meeting Center (Cafe One) after arriving at the airport, where they will meet the Ace Boracay Pickup & Sending staff and board their vehicles. The lounge offers not only relaxation but also SIM card purchases and currency exchange services, making your experience even more convenient.
