It was the most memorable day of my Hoi An trip! ♥️ First, the market tour explains the local ingredients, and you go around shopping and cook with them in the cooking class. The Hoi An spring rolls were the best. Haha The teacher was kind and spoke English well, so I had no inconvenience at all. I had a fun time learning about Vietnamese food and making foreign friends! It was a fun trip to ride a basket boat and tour the coconut forest with a cheerful boatman. I feel like I got to experience everything in one day. Especially for those who come with friends! I highly recommend it!

It was a really fun and enriching tour. The food was really plentiful and varied, and we made it and ate it together. It was a day where we gained a lot for the price. I highly recommend the Hoi An cooking class!

We looked around the market for about 30 to 40 minutes and explained the ingredients, then moved to a restaurant for a 2 to 3 hour cooking class, and boarded a boat for about 40 minutes. The tour ended around 5:30. The guide, Wan, was very kind and nice.

This was the most memorable experience of my Hoi An trip. We started with a morning tour of the local market, where the guide explained each vegetable and spice, broadening my understanding of Vietnamese cuisine. Later, we had a cooking class where we made banh xeo and pho. It was easier and more fun than I expected, so I wanted to try it again when I got home. The last part was the coconut forest basket boat ride, which was so much fun. Everyone laughed when the local fishermen sang a song and turned the boat around. 😂
