Make Your Own Sushi Class

If you felt something was missing from just eating delicious sushi, this time, challenge yourself to make your own sushi. In Kyoto, known as the kitchen of Japan, we've prepared a time for you to make your own sushi using seasonal ingredients. This class is not just a cooking class, but a real sushi introductory experience where you can learn properly from a professional chef. Instead of sushi that you roughly follow along with in a video, you'll start with how to grip the shari (rice) that the chef teaches you directly on site. Hand shape, force control, touch that doesn't crush the rice grains, balance and shape of placing the neta (ingredients placed on top of the sushi), ingredient preparation and plating tips!

It's okay if you're not good with your hands. The chef will look after you step by step on a 1:1 basis, so even beginners can quickly get used to it.
