Excellent Experience❤️ We had a wonderful experience on our trip to Hobbiton and Te Puia yesterday. It was truly an enjoyable and memorable day, and a big part of that was because of our guide, Simon. Simon was very attentive, accommodating, and punctual throughout the entire trip. He made sure everyone was comfortable and well-informed, and he explained the history, culture, and traditions of New Zealand in a very interesting and easy-to-understand way. We especially appreciated how knowledgeable and approachable he was. His explanations gave us a deeper appreciation of the places we visited and the Māori culture. Thank you, Simon, for making our Hobbiton and Te Puia experience so enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our tour of Hobbiton and Rotorua (including Te Puia) was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. A huge part of what made the day so special was our guide, Timmy. Timmy was incredibly personable, super knowledgeable, and went above and beyond throughout the entire trip. He didn't just stick to the standard script—he offered fantastic local suggestions for things to see and do well beyond the scope of the tour itself. To top it off, he generously mentioned that if we needed anything else during our stay in Auckland, we could reach out to him. That level of hospitality and genuine care is rare and truly made us feel welcome. Highly recommend this tour, and if you get Timmy as your guide, you’re in for an amazing time!

Absolutely lovely day. Not a Hobbit or Lord of the Rings fan, but loved the day nonetheless. Rotorua was also fantastic - long day but worth it.

An amazing trip with a spectacular guide. Alesandro was really knowledgeable and gave us such a great experience. Thank you so much Alesandro. This is definitely worth a booking and I recommend it for sure. The trip to Hobitton was sensational. Alesandro gave such a detailed guide of the country as well drove through many of the landmarks. Incredible experience. Loved Te Puia!!

매력포인트

Departing from Auckland, explore the North Island's iconic Hobbiton and Rotorua in one day. Tour the Hobbiton Movie Set, a faithful recreation of the Shire from the movies, with a guide. In Rotorua's Te Puia, witness the massive Pōhutu Geyser, geothermal areas, Māori traditional arts, and even kiwis. This small-group tour, traveling in a modern minibus, allows you to leisurely enjoy the beautiful rural scenery of the Waikato region.

프로그램

Meet the Shire from the movies in Hobbiton

From Auckland, take a minibus through the rolling green pastures of the Waikato region to the Hobbiton Movie Set. Upon arrival at The Shires' Rest, board a dedicated bus to the Shire from the movies for an approximately 2.5-hour guided tour.

Explore the Hobbit Holes, beautiful gardens, and familiar movie locations while hearing stories from the production of "The Lord of the Rings" and "The Hobbit" trilogies. Conclude your visit at the Green Dragon Inn with a complimentary drink, soaking in the Hobbiton atmosphere.

Experience geothermal wonders and Māori culture at Te Puia

Leave Hobbiton and travel to Rotorua to visit Te Puia. Walk through the geothermal valley with your guide to get up close to the massive Pōhutu Geyser, bubbling mud pools, and steaming vents.

Visit the New Zealand Māori Arts and Crafts Institute to learn about traditional carving and weaving passed down through generations, and have a chance to see New Zealand's iconic kiwi bird at the kiwi conservation facility. Enjoy the scenic North Island landscapes on your return journey to Auckland.
