Pick up and ticket entry to zoo was brilliant, no issues. However, leaving at 3pm when the zoo closes at 5pm feels a little unfair. You arrive after 9am, go to the animal hospital. You then go into the park and start making your way round. By the time you've seen a few animals, stopped for a coffee, eaten lunch later on, watched the tiger show and the show at the crocuseum, you haven't had much time to actually SEE the animals at the zoo. It is the best zoo I've ever been to by far but I'd say I missed about 40% of it, because I wanted to watch the shows. Those extra 2 hours would have let me see it. I am not one who walks slow or overly takes their time doing things. Usually if something is advertised as taking 4 hours to get through, I'll do it in 2 usually. So was pretty upset I didn't get to see everything before I left.
